Become a Box and industry expert in Cloud Content Management, share customer feedback with Product, Operations, and Engineering, and support Public Sector accounts from the Chicago office.

Key Responsibilities

•Research and identify customer business problems and iterate on solutions to improve customer experiences.
•Work daily with the Sales team to drive new revenue opportunities.
•Lead technical discussions and product presentations for audiences ranging from CEOs to IT admins.
•Deliver demos across the Box suite, including Box AI, Box Web, Mobile, Relay, Governance, Platform, and custom API-based apps.
•Interface directly with Product teams by bringing customer feature requests and feedback to shape product direction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,000 - 122,500 annually

Key Requirements

•4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
•1+ years in relevant sales, technical, or customer-facing roles, ideally in a SaaS and/or ECM environment.
•Ability to discuss LLMs, embeddings, automation, and context/prompt engineering with both technical and business audiences.
•Strong ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex technical concepts and craft solutions that demonstrate business value.
•Experience leading strategic and complex customer engagements; consistently strong performance in past roles.
