Group Head of Property

Lead the Group Property function across telecommunications sites, offices, and warehouses, providing strategic oversight of land acquisition governance, permitting, and lease/landlord relationships. Drive property strategy and governance across international markets, manage facilities and workplace projects with a focus on health & safety, and provide commercial oversight of property expenditure. Build and develop an international property team while coordinating stakeholders and supporting acquisitions and asset integration.
