Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed regulatory change frameworks and regulatory accountability models across the business.
  • •Partner with regulatory stakeholders and Lines of Defense to understand regulatory risk management and adherence requirements.
  • •Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and create effective, sustainable solutions for regulatory risk issues.
  • •Produce and review regulatory risk management metrics to ensure accuracy and relevance to strategy.
  • •Identify, validate, and oversee remediation of regulatory risk “hotspots” impacting Asset Servicing, and support team communication to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a regulatory, compliance, or risk and control environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills to present and interpret data to support insights.
  • •Ability to connect the dots across functional lines and think creatively about solutions.
