Proposal Manager

Own the end-to-end proposal development and quality assurance process for complex commercial and SLED RFx responses. Partner with technical SMEs, sales, contracts, and other departments to create compliant, persuasive submissions on time. Lead proposal strategy, structure, and presentation, conduct compliance reviews, and produce non-technical content such as cover letters and executive summaries. Maintain proposal content libraries and templates while customizing messaging for each client’s industry.
