•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and execution of personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and support repeat purchases.
•Complete store operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on a flexible retail schedule (nights, weekends, peak periods, and holidays).
