Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and coordinate requirements with development teams for the new accounting hub infrastructure.
  • •Improve and future-proof finance ways of working, including defining the target operating model.
  • •Drive the change and development agenda by setting requirements and implementing global initiatives.
  • •Own complex accounting, reporting, and process matters from analysis through implementation.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders across SEB divisions and international sites and support monthly/quarterly/annual closing and financial/regulatory reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •A master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or equivalent.
  • •Experience implementing accounting hub solutions.
  • •Several years of experience in accounting and financial reporting in a banking or regulated financial environment.
  • •Proven ability to drive change from setting requirements to implementation.
  • •Fluency in English (Swedish is an advantage).
