Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, local HR teams, vendors, and stakeholders to understand and prioritize HR/payroll product requirements.
  • •Project manage, support, and drive development and implementation of HR and payroll software solutions from concept to delivery with Product Owners.
  • •Configure and build platform changes for enhancements and break-fixes, manage UAT, documentation, training materials, and maintain project status in tracking systems.
  • •Own HRIS/payroll process alignment, including security role/permission audits, data compliance, payroll controls, upgrades, and best practices.
  • •Coordinate support tickets, vendor escalations, and defects through resolution; provide post-go-live hypercare, reporting, and audit support.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in HR, payroll operations, HRIS, or HR technology, including implementing, enhancing, and resolving break-fixes on HR/payroll platforms.
  • •Track record in product ownership/product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • •Experience owning and running HRIS/payroll-platform projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product/system needs and facilitate training using change management and process mapping.
  • •Experience with Project Management, UAT, and change management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban.
