Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach profitability and efficiency for total store operations with constant presence around the store.
  • •Lead inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink; investigate and escalate accuracy issues with the General Manager.
  • •Execute operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner on business reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to maximize maintained store performance.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, support recruitment and development, provide performance feedback using company tools, and collaborate on cross-functional training and store opening/closing.
