  • •Serve as a subject matter expert on data protection security issues, incorporating DLP market trends to illustrate customer value.
  • •Analyze Data Detection and Response platform event data to improve policies, incidents, and alerts, focusing on data-loss risk areas.
  • •Partner with clients to develop incident response workflows aligned to their security objectives and policies.
  • •Refine datasets and policies, managing them as customers’ data risk strategies and business needs evolve.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience working with a data protection product, including endpoint protection best practices and incident mitigation workflows.
  • •2+ years experience with Insider Threat Programs and Information Security.
  • •4+ years experience providing expert guidance on security issues affecting data protection and insider-exploitable procedures (accidental and malicious).
  • •Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR technologies integrated adjacent to Cyberhaven (desired).
  • •Understanding of macOS, Linux, and Windows environments, plus expertise with DLP, Insider Threat, and CASB solutions.
