Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct onsite oversight and supervision of construction activity progress.
  • •Verify completed work aligns with approved drawings and specifications and contract requirements.
  • •Coordinate and drive projects to completion with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and contractors.
  • •Monitor, observe, and evaluate construction work to ensure general conformance and contractor readiness to meet quality requirements.
  • •Prepare daily reports and provide updates to the Construction Manager, coaching others as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in project or construction management (or related profession).
  • •Comfort and proven experience working onsite, including prior managerial experience to motivate others.
  • •Good understanding of reporting requirements, with experience writing and providing management reports.
  • •In-depth knowledge of standard principles and procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Kahua experience is a plus.
