Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with area management to develop and execute financial center-specific sales and strategies.
  • •Lead, coach, and motivate financial center staff to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • •Maintain and grow customer relationships to support deposit and loan goals; develop an active consumer and commercial loan portfolio.
  • •Oversee daily operational activities (including transaction accuracy) and maintain efficient administration in compliance with policies, security, and internal audits.
  • •Manage recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, and expense management for designated teams.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in banking retail or lending; 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
  • •Proven ability to develop customer relationships and referral/new account relationships.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment with operational integrity and policies.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • •Ability to set the tone for exceptional customer experience and manage competing priorities across financial center locations.
