Job Summary

Lead one to two retail financial centers by overseeing daily operations and service levels while building long-lasting customer relationships. Drive retail growth by deploying customer acquisition and service strategies to meet deposit and loan goals, profitability targets, and balance sheet growth. Coach and motivate staff, manage staffing and expenses, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and contribute to bank and community visibility in the assigned market.

•Collaborate with area management to develop and execute financial center-specific sales and strategies.
•Lead, coach, and motivate financial center staff to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
•Maintain and grow customer relationships to support deposit and loan goals; develop an active consumer and commercial loan portfolio.
•Oversee daily operational activities (including transaction accuracy) and maintain efficient administration in compliance with policies, security, and internal audits.
•Manage recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, and expense management for designated teams.

•5+ years of experience in banking retail or lending; 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
