Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the definition, design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications and solutions for digital banking operations and business process management (BPM).
  • •Provide technical expertise for infrastructure, integration, performance, and cloud best practices.
  • •Create/edit and deploy workflow solutions using PaaS and open-source Flowable to support the platform.
  • •Develop and manage customer reporting solutions for the BPM platform and perform ETL functions for customized reports.
  • •Develop and maintain the bank’s securitization platform, including backend microservice development and frontend development using SPA technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 2 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related role supporting IT systems for banking operations.
  • •2 years developing banking-operations IT systems using Java, .Net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Unix, and Perl scripts.
  • •Experience developing data migration solutions in decommissioning legacy enterprise applications and building custom reporting solutions.
  • •Perform ETL functions to create and maintain customized reports.
  • •Backend development using microservice architecture and frontend development using SOA technologies; plus Git/SVN and Jenkins for code maintenance and deployment, and relational/NoSQL databases.
