Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily case processing, docket coordination, and records governance across multiple locations, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
  • •Direct a team of case processing specialists, set workload priorities, and establish quality standards for documentation, data entry, and system updates.
  • •Coordinate docket management with EOIR and USCIS and collaborate with ICE personnel, OPLA, consulates, and legal representatives to support hearings, removals, and scheduling.
  • •Maintain strict quality control for A-files and ICE systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with agency protocols and federal privacy and security requirements.
  • •Lead removal and post-removal management for documentation and flight staging logistics, ensuring pre-removal compliance checks and final review/closure of records.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a US citizen who has resided in the US for the last five years and be at least 21 years of age.
  • •Possess a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.
  • •Have 7+ years of experience in immigration case management support or related case management/social services industries.
  • •Obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE Government clearance, and pass criminal background and consumer credit checks.
  • •Ability to work on-site and travel 25% of the time, and pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
