•Develop holistic omni-channel commerce marketing plans with customers, Sales, category leadership, brand teams, eCommerce, and agency partners.
•Create and manage annual commerce marketing plan components, including objectives, agency briefs, creative development, tactics, and budget management.
•Leverage shopper insights, consumer behavior trends, and emerging retail media capabilities to identify go-to-market media and communication opportunities.
•Analyze marketing performance against KPIs and benchmarks to optimize future investments and improve effectiveness.
•Partner across Brand, Customer Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce, Retail Media Network, and Sales to support launches and improve digital shelf content and retailer search performance.

Salary: USD 109,000 - 159,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Five years of experience in brand marketing, shopper marketing, sales, digital marketing, eCommerce, or agency environments, preferably in consumer packaged goods.

•Expertise in digital marketing and eCommerce, including retailer media platforms, mobile, social media, digital shelf optimization, and retailer search.
•Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills using consumer insights and performance data to influence decisions.
