Key Responsibilities

  • •Process monthly financial statements for multiple UTA Group entities and prepare/submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS statements including intercompany reconciliations.
  • •Upload and validate financial data in consolidation and reporting systems (IBM Cognos Controller, FIRST, TM1, K-Shuttle) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • •Coordinate reporting-related activities and act as main point of contact for local service providers of UTA subsidiaries.
  • •Maintain and validate key reporting data including P&L and balance sheet details, leasing contracts, FTE figures, KPIs, and other financial information.
  • •Support Group reporting with consolidation adjustments, tax reporting, annual disclosures, and reporting submissions for UTA subsidiaries; help implement new reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
  • •Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or a similar finance function.
  • •Solid knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS with experience in financial reporting.
  • •Hands-on experience with consolidation and reporting systems such as IBM Cognos Controller, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), and Oracle HFM (FIRST), including data uploads and ad hoc analyses.
  • •Fluent English; German is a plus.
