Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor coiled tubing units, injector heads, reels, and control systems.
  • •Lead rig-up, pressure testing, job execution, and rig-down activities.
  • •Monitor real-time job parameters including tubing depth, weight, pump rates, and well pressure.
  • •Perform pre-job inspections, function testing, and basic equipment troubleshooting.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, ensure HSE compliance, record operational data, prepare customer job reports, and coordinate with the customer/rig crew/service providers; mentor operators and junior personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor in Engineering preferred).
  • •5+ years of experience as a field specialist or field engineer in coiled tubing operations.
  • •7+ years of experience in oilfield services and nitrogen pumping.
  • •Strong knowledge of coiled tubing equipment, pressure control equipment (BOPs, stripper, lubricator), nitrogen pumping, and well intervention operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and risk management.
