HR Coordinator

Support the full employee life cycle by assisting with onboarding, HRIS administration, and HR program implementation for a diverse workforce. Provide responsive internal and external customer service for employee inquiries, HR policy guidance, employee relations matters, and unemployment claims/verifications. Maintain accurate employee electronic files, support HR reporting/audits, help develop HR policies and improvements, and coordinate site-wide events and onboarding for new hires.
