Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve and standardize ISV processes by sharing best practices to enhance cost effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • •Support corporate trust and loan agency operations, maintaining effective customer and internal relationships and resolving issues appropriately.
  • •Reviewer role for process quality, ensuring awareness of errors/issues, providing constructive feedback, implementing controls, and preventing recurrence.
  • •Coordinate UAT testing, manage deliverables, deputize the line manager in absence, and drive team training and cross-training plans.
  • •Ensure audit/compliance adherence, implement internal and external audit points, manage escalations, and complete mandatory training with accurate report publishing.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in finance and accounting and/or related qualifications and/or relevant work experience.
  • •Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and fundamentals of accounting.
  • •Basic knowledge of custody, depository, capital markets, and financial instruments.
  • •Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong time management and multitasking under tight deadlines.
  • •Ability to speak and understand English fluently and communicate clearly in writing and business correspondence.
