Job Summary

Design and implement the company-wide data security scheme under the new financial system. Develop and enhance data security detection capabilities such as DLP, data encryption, and data masking, and validate rules and models over time. Lead investigation and forensics for data security incidents, improve sensitive data exfiltration risk detection using data asset maps and graph techniques, and apply AI/LLM to detection, triage, and automated response.

Key Responsibilities

•Design the company-wide data security scheme under the new financial system and be responsible for its implementation.
•Develop and enhance data security detection capabilities including DLP, data encryption, and data masking.
•Validate existing data security rules and models, and handle incident identification, response, handling, investigation, and forensics.
•Improve risk identification by optimizing detection rules/models, building data asset maps, and tracing data flows to identify sensitive data exfiltration risks.
•Explore and apply AI/LLM techniques to enhance security detection and response, including AI-driven detection, triage, and automated response solutions.

Key Requirements

•Major in information security, network security, or computer science, with 8–10 years of relevant data security experience.
•Hands-on experience with endpoint and email data loss prevention (DLP).
•Familiar with the data security lifecycle and risk points/objectives across stages.
•Familiar with security offense/defense techniques, building security operations, managing data security risks, and strong sensitivity to data exposure risks.
•Familiar with data security products and detection methods including DLP, UEBA, sensitive data identification, data encryption/decryption, and secure data sharing.
