Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with India GTM teams to build a vision and value realization journey for Financial Transformation leveraging Workday Financials capability.
  • •Work closely with the customer’s project team to design, configure and deploy their functional requirements.
  • •Lead and drive collaboration with extended Financial capabilities in Workday Hub teams as well as across APAC.
  • •Become an expert in the Workday Financial Management product suite.
  • •Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the Workday solution

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of functional experience in Financials software solutions or systems
  • •12+ years of consulting experience
  • •Functional expertise in at least one area: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Asset Management, Projects, Expense Management, Financial Reporting, or Budgeting
  • •8+ years of experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
