Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee NF recovery operations for collection, processing, and treatment of Auto Shredder Residue (ASR) prior to shipment.
  • •Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • •Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safe practices, monitoring safety programs, and creating/implementing safety SOPs.
  • •Supervise and schedule daily work for pickers/cleaners across up to 3 shifts, including performance review and interviews.
  • •Monitor daily production reports and continuously improve throughput, reduce costs/expenses, and maximize metal recovery.
