Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage BOH teams (stock/sales & service, cashiers), prioritize day-to-day activities, and ensure stock accuracy and strong after-sales service.
  • •Oversee store back-office operations: coordinate product flows, synchronize physical vs system stock, and lead stock takes/cycle counts with corrective actions to reduce shrinkage.
  • •Coordinate cashier procedures, support training of new processes and legal rules, and ensure payment procedures meet company luxury standards.
  • •Act as a reference for after-sales activity: manage customer reclaims, follow up defective claims/repairs with the SAV department, and assess local repair suppliers’ quality.
  • •Own maintenance and security operations: coordinate maintenance interventions with suppliers and retail operations, manage external vendors, ensure health & safety and internal control procedures, and complete store administration (including CRC requests and expenses management).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of retail experience with solid experience in store operations.
  • •Management experience and excellent behavioral and communication skills.
  • •Ability to work with sales and head office teams.
  • •Very organized, rigorous, and reliable with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills for a small team.
  • •Proficient with Excel/IT tools and strong knowledge of retail IT systems (e.g., CEGID).
