Lead and scale Braze’s community, advocacy, and learning programs in a B2B SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the community function: own the strategy and operating cadence of Braze Bonfire—online forums, regional meetups, and recognition programs; wire the community into account health and CS workflows and regional events strategy.
•Lead the advocacy function: own Braze Customer Champions end-to-end, establish tiered programs, and measure influence with pipeline and content output.
•Own our Customer Advisory Boards: run high-stakes CABs aligned to Braze moments and translate customer insights into roadmap and narrative.
•Own customer storytelling: stand up testimonial capture across video and written formats to feed case studies, campaigns, and analyst-facing programs.
•Connect community, advocacy, and learning: design journeys and measurement to create a unified customer empowerment ecosystem and drive retention/expansion.

Key Requirements

•Led a customer advocacy program at scale in a B2B software or SaaS environment.
•Built or expanded a reference, champion, or ambassador program with established operating infrastructure and GTM relationships.
•Managed a customer community of meaningful scale and integrated community strategy with CX, marketing, and sales processes.
• Comfortable with pipeline conversations and defending program investments with measurable impact on pipeline.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with PMM, Content Marketing, CX, Demand Gen, and Events to drive unified customer outcomes.
