Job Summary

Lead requirements, system architecture, and subsystem design for the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) within Advanced Networking Solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship across multidisciplinary teams, define testable requirements with traceability, and execute integration and test (hardware/software) to support verification and sell-off. Use MBSE tools and requirements management (DOORS) to drive design trade-offs, performance analysis, and risk mitigation, including automated verification using Python, MATLAB, and scripting.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership and mentorship across multidisciplinary teams for requirements development, system-level designs, and system-level models using MBSE principles.
•Develop and manage testable requirements and verification approaches, maintaining traceability and alignment across the engineering lifecycle.
•Define and oversee system architecture and subsystem design, including detailed component/system analysis to meet customer needs.
•Plan, direct, and execute integration and test activities in-house or at site locations, including troubleshooting and operational testing.
•Use requirements management (DOORS) and configuration control processes (CCBs) to manage lifecycle changes and ensure configuration adherence; drive verification/validation planning and automated test/data analysis execution.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience across the full system lifecycle (requirements development, system design, integration, verification, and validation) with demonstrated technical leadership.
•Hands-on expertise operating, testing, and troubleshooting software on target hardware and/or complex military systems to guide resolution of critical issues.
•Demonstrated leadership in Agile development environments, including project planning, estimating, status reporting, and backlog management.
•Advanced proficiency using requirements management tools such as DOORS to link requirements to design, test, and verification artifacts with traceability.
•Expertise in MBSE tools such as Rhapsody, Cameo, or MagicDraw for system modeling and simulation, including mentoring engineers in their use.
