Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate and develop design and construction document drawings through completion for assigned projects in line with discipline requirements, codes, and design criteria.
  • •Provide architectural guidance, calculations, specifications, analysis, studies, and recommendations for a specialized segment within project schedules and budgets.
  • •May manage various size groups of architects, designers, and/or specialists and support higher-grade Project Architectural or Engineering Managers.
  • •Perform design and production work, including architectural detailing through construction documents, using Revit.
  • •Handle construction administration activities such as responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals, including field verification and travel as needed (less than 10%).

Key Requirements

  • •Degree from a NAAB accredited program plus six (6) years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
  • •Experience developing architectural solutions, building systems and detailing, and applying applicable codes and life-safety requirements across project types and delivery methods.
  • •Architectural registration (RA).
  • •United States Citizen (required due to the nature of the work).
