Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage investor onboarding and offboarding, including fund launch management and investor AML transition pre-testing.
  • •Analyze investor profiles to determine risk level and collect documentation to meet applicable laws, regulations, and internal AML policy procedures.
  • •Oversee AML controls including overnight screening in Fircosoft, ongoing due diligence, transaction monitoring, and maintenance of PEP registers.
  • •Support audits by handling fund and auditor queries related to AML, including internal/external audit and regulator review activities.
  • •Provide day-to-day oversight, mentoring, and quality review for team members performing Investor AML activities, including internal documentation reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a similar Transfer Agency/AML-related role.
  • •Sound knowledge of Transfer Agency duties and financial markets.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken); French or German is a distinct advantage.
  • •Strong understanding of IT system flows and proficiency with MS Office.
  • •Attention to detail with strong analytical thinking, ability to work independently, and strong communication/presentation skills.
