Project Manager – Construction Management

Manage tenant improvement and development construction projects for key clients in the San Jose region. You’ll coordinate daily project activities with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors, track critical milestones, and support governance, reporting, forecasting, and documentation. Ensure approved design standards are followed, assist with cost control, value engineering, and constructability reviews, and contribute to client relationship management and business development opportunities.
