Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the building of new production lines, including layout design, process design, and line automation/ logistics automation and digitalization automation.
  • •Support new equipment procurement by tracking fabrication progress and leading installation for new equipment and plant launches per schedule.
  • •Provide daily production line support to solve issues in time, ensuring product quality and safe production.
  • •Maintain and update sign-off sheets (Excel or digital) and OMS.
  • •Standardize station/product work, compute standard time (SOE), improve efficiency and reduce cost using Kaizen/RIE, and lead production line improvement and automation projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above, preferably Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or HVAC.
  • •Minimum 4 years of relevant manufacturing and plant operations experience, including at least 4 years in the HVAC industry (air-cooled chillers).
  • •Proven experience implementing LEAN and automation programs.
  • •Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (including Excel).
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English and strong project management/communication skills.
