Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks.
  • •Greet patrons, take drink orders, and provide friendly recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • •Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, including washing glassware and restocking inventory.
  • •Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments, change, and end-of-shift cash register reconciliation.
  • •Follow alcohol service regulations, including checking identification and refusing service to intoxicated patrons.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant bartending experience.
  • •Proficiency in preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standardized recipes.
  • •Strong knowledge of alcohol types, ingredients, garnishes, and proper mixing techniques.
  • •Working knowledge of local alcohol service laws, including age verification and responsible service practices.
