Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage dealer incentive and bonus programs, including scheme validation, performance analysis, calculation, and payment reconciliation, and recommend optimizations.
  • •Support dealer bonus calculations, validation processes, and payment reconciliation.
  • •Monitor and analyze dealer and network performance using key sales KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Provide actionable insights to regional managers to improve dealer and commercial performance; translate findings into recommendations.
  • •Automate recurring reporting, improve reporting efficiency, and support special sales initiatives and ad hoc analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • •2-5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, Sales Operations, or a related field.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling, and complex analytical tools.
  • •Proficiency with Power BI and business intelligence reporting, with exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • •Experience with managing large datasets and ensuring data quality; familiarity with SQL and data management tools is a plus.
