Key Responsibilities

  • •Own top-of-funnel sourcing across US, LATAM, and APAC; build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies.
  • •Serve as the sourcing engine for APAC hiring by building region-specific talent maps and outreach strategies.
  • •Produce competitor org maps, talent availability reports, and compensation benchmarks to guide hiring plans.
  • •Write and test outreach, manage candidate experience through handoff, and run screens assessing motivation, mobility, and fit.
  • •Track and report sourcing funnel metrics (response rate, screen-to-submit, submit-to-onsite, pipeline health) and nurture evergreen pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting or dedicated sourcing experience with a track record of building pipelines from scratch.
  • •Hands-on APAC sourcing experience, including experience hiring into at least one major APAC market.
  • •Experience recruiting across multiple regions and time zones, ideally including US and LATAM alongside APAC.
  • •Advanced sourcing capabilities using Boolean/X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and tools like GitHub and portfolio platforms.
  • •Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing CRMs, with disciplined data hygiene and pipeline tracking.
