Define and lead Dyson’s system-level test and validation strategy for robotic home performance, bridging verification and validation so engineering results predict real customer outcomes. Own end-to-end in-home performance measurement for cleaning, coverage, docking, auto-evacuation, reliability, and behavioural robustness, including navigation and scenario-based behavioural validation. Drive cross-functional triage, root-cause resolution, and evidence-led confirmation of fixes, while shaping simulated home environments and the feedback loop from real homes and supplier capability transfer.
