Key Responsibilities

  • •Define ROCm AI product vision, strategy, roadmap, positioning, and success metrics.
  • •Segment core personas and translate pain points into prioritized product journeys.
  • •Validate product-market fit using customer discovery, pilots, telemetry/adoption data, support trends, and community signals.
  • •Own product requirements and prioritization across ROCm AI components, ensuring cohesive experiences from setup through deployment, diagnostics, and ongoing usage.
  • •Partner with engineering, architecture, and ecosystem stakeholders to align roadmaps, define release criteria, and deliver compatible ROCm AI releases across AMD Instinct, AMD Radeon, and supported AMD Ryzen platforms.

Salary: USD 179,970 - 308,520 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in product management or technical product management, including software product strategy and developer tools.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of a technical product from customer discovery through launch, adoption, and lifecycle management.
  • •Experience defining personas, conducting customer research, and validating product-market fit for technical products.
  • •Strong understanding of AI development workflows (environment setup, model deployment/serving, diagnostics, observability, and software lifecycle management).
  • •Familiarity with AI frameworks/serving technologies (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, ONNX Runtime, vLLM, SGLang) and developer tooling (CLI/SDKs/APIs/telemetry).
