Technical Account Manager responsible for owning the ongoing technical relationship with enterprise customers, defining Braze technology strategy, driving adoption, and ensuring successful instrumentation and governance across customer stacks in collaboration with Customer Success and account teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical relationship for assigned accounts and collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive adoption, value, and technical maturity
•Help customers instrument Braze across their stack and refine instrumentation over time to support renewals and upsells
•Lead discovery conversations about customers’ use cases and architect solutions based on their needs and architecture
•Support day-to-day inquiries and requests to optimize value through the customer lifecycle
•Empower customer product and engineering teams to use Braze independently by delivering enablement and education and communicating with internal teams to explain products and solutions

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of client-facing experience as a TAM or in a related technical area (e.g., Implementation, Technical Support, or Solutions Architecture) for a product offering serving Enterprise/Strategic accounts
•3+ years of technical experience managing complex customer environments with strong product command and technical knowledge of two or more of: SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
•Natural problem solver with high curiosity and ability to collaborate with a team to solve problems
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment
