Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects to improve and develop product line systems and ETO tools, collaborating with users and stakeholders to support SOPs and training.
  • •Collaborate with CPA Front End Engineering teams and subject matter experts to drive business process improvements and engineering error reduction.
  • •Drive user-centered enhancement requests to tools like Bid Manager and Design Automation to improve reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • •Participate in systems-related design reviews and initiatives to ensure visibility and alignment with planned changes and enhancements.
  • •Create and revise SOPs as a result of continuous improvement efforts, managing projects to completion against milestones with limited supervision.

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Five (5) years of applicable engineering experience with engineered-to-order (ETO) products and configuration tools and/or technical project management.
  • •Hands-on experience with ETO systems and configuration/technical project management tools (e.g., Bid Manager, MI Manager, Design Automation, DCMS, Plant Order Manager, Pick Work Bench).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and PowerBI.
  • •Ability to interpret customer specifications and electrical and mechanical drawings (customer and plant).
