Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning (Communication Safety)

Advance large-scale AI systems that strengthen Roblox’s text safety and integrity. Build ML-driven tools and AI services that curate high-quality training/evaluation data and enable real-time detection and mitigation of safety risks across the platform. Partner with engineers, product managers, policy experts, and safety specialists to deliver scalable data and AI solutions, establish technical standards, and develop quality metrics and evaluation tooling for continuous improvement.
