Job Summary

Architect how AI agents connect to enterprise data and capabilities, building governed interfaces that expose tools via MCP-based servers, callable skills, and API endpoints. Own end-to-end AI output quality through testing, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Design security and access controls (RBAC/SSO, authentication, audit logging, rate limiting), integrate enterprise systems, and write Python/SQL with REST/GraphQL and OpenAPI/JSON Schema contracts.

Key Responsibilities

•Design the interface layer connecting AI tools and agents to business systems, selecting the right access pattern for each project.
•Implement and maintain MCP-based capability interfaces and callable skills with explicit inputs, outputs, and scopes.
•Design governed access to business systems using RBAC, SSO, and permission frameworks, including authentication, authorization, audit logging, and rate limiting.
•Connect AI capabilities to enterprise platforms and data sources (analytics tools, collaboration systems, graph APIs, relational databases), and write Python/SQL to query and transform data for AI consumption.
•Design and run AI evaluation frameworks and improve output quality by diagnosing failures across interface design, retrieval strategy, and data quality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
•Experience with systems design, API development, platform engineering, or solutions architecture.
•Python and SQL proficiency for querying, transforming, and integrating data from enterprise systems.
•Working knowledge of RBAC and SSO, including governed access control in enterprise environments.
•Hands-on experience designing and documenting APIs using OpenAPI, JSON Schema, REST, and GraphQL in production.
