Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure quality, cost, statutory, safety, environment and project scheduling requirements are met.
  • •Coordinate and manage construction projects covering progress, logistics, quality, cost and client relations.
  • •Coordinate between client, architects and consultants; manage other consultants and the professional team.
  • •Monitor site labour, materials and plant resources against the project cost budget.
  • •Plan and facilitate statutory inspections and progress meetings; produce project reports and manage master programme updates and short-term programmes.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in construction, project management or a similar function.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience on large/complex Industrial / Science construction projects.
  • •Experience managing contractors in pre and post contract stages, including tendering process.
  • •Ability to lead large multi-disciplined construction teams with strong leadership and problem-solving.
  • •Fluent in spoken and written English.
