Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate shipping and logistics activities with the transportation coordinator, prepare and process documentation, and assist with loading of outgoing shipments.
  • •Inspect incoming/outgoing inventory for accuracy and quality; tag materials and move them using pallet jack or forklift.
  • •Ensure quality check sheets are completed and document damages, shortages, or overages; help update status boards for improvements.
  • •Uphold safety and company policies; participate in training new team members and assist with staffing input.
  • •Support daily operations to ensure materials arrive at the right place, on time.
