Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the national Sports & Entertainment strategy, including market positioning, growth agenda, and implementation roadmap.
  • •Inventory and map existing Sports & Entertainment relationships and capabilities, then build a scalable national platform and operating model.
  • •Build an external ecosystem (agents, managers, attorneys, league stakeholders, executives, family offices, sports investors) and drive disciplined relationship mapping, pipeline reporting, and scorecards.
  • •Originate new Sports & Entertainment relationships and advisory revenue by prospecting, referrals, and strategic partnerships, and coordinate pursuit strategies with advisory teams.
  • •Establish governance, controls, and operating standards for the franchise and lead cross-business initiatives across strategy, business development, client delivery, marketing, data, and technology.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Sports & Entertainment, wealth management, private banking, family office, business development, strategic partnerships, consulting, or a related field.
  • •Established credibility and relationships within one or more areas of the Sports & Entertainment ecosystem.
  • •Proven ability to originate complex ultra-high-net-worth or institutional relationships and scale a specialized client segment, business, or platform.
  • •Experience collaborating with advisory, investment, fiduciary, banking, legal, tax, and other specialist teams.
  • •Relevant FINRA securities licenses may be required; CFP, CFA, CIMA, CPWA, or CFTA are preferred (MBA, JD, or other advanced degree preferred).
