Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary SpaceX Construction Projects team to perform power-specific engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning for various projects.
•Develop and issue drawings, design documentation, and reports for aerospace, industrial, and commercial type projects.
•Write, negotiate, and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines through contract close-out.
•Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real-time.
•Coordinate with the electrical utility provider for design/engineering to ensure reliable power service to critical site infrastructure.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology.
•6+ years of professional experience with the design or build of commercial or industrial power systems.
•Experience with electrical and power distribution systems (<600Vac) and related components (transformers, switchgear, MCCs, building lighting, grounding).
•Experience with critical power infrastructure, including UPS systems, backup generators, and ATS.
•Ability to work in a high-concentration, high-stress environment with extended hours and tight deadlines.
