Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and improve process capability, repeatability, and stability; investigate variation and implement corrective actions.
  • •Identify and execute cycle time reduction opportunities to improve machine utilization, OEE, and throughput; optimize parameters, tooling, and strategies.
  • •Lead and coordinate process changes using change management procedures, including risk assessment and validation; update documentation as needed.
  • •Drive quality improvements and defect reduction using root-cause methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone.
  • •Define process parameters and establish process windows; support equipment qualification, process validation, and operator training.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of manufacturing experience with injection molding and/or CNC machining environments.
  • •Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
  • •Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving tools.
  • •Understanding of quality systems including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and process validation.
  • •Preferred: a Master’s degree and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt; copper machining experience and familiarity with Mazak CNC machines.
