Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, manage and oversee project schedules using Primavera P6 and enforce critical path methodologies across a portfolio of projects.
  • •Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic to ensure integration and alignment with program goals.
  • •Produce and maintain highly detailed E2E master schedules (including rolling wave planning and L2-5 detail) and generate 1, 3 and 6 month look-ahead reports.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, contractors and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity and update monthly progress.
  • •Monitor schedule performance, identify potential issues that could delay the schedule and communicate mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3+ years of applicable experience
  • •Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred.
  • •Prior experience building a complex master schedule
  • •Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting
  • •Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics
  • •Excellent communication skills.
