Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the full recruiting process by screening candidates and coordinating with hiring managers and recruiters.
  • •Prepare and edit candidate searches and job postings in cooperation with recruiters.
  • •Communicate with applicants in Portuguese, English, and Spanish via writing and telephone.
  • •Support Proactive Hiring for Diversity & Inclusion.
  • •Assist with university/attraction recruiting events and contribute to local, regional, and global HR projects (e.g., headcount forecasting, demand planning, req assignment, data analytics, system enhancements).
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •University student enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related areas with at least two years remaining until graduation.
  • •Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
  • •Spanish is a plus, with ability to communicate with applicants in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • •Experience with HR or Talent Acquisition/Attraction/Recruiting is a plus.
  • •Good skills with Microsoft Office applications and AI tools.
