Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Regularly review and update personal tool inventory and maintain an accurate inventory
•Complete daily work assignments from customer or supervisor; troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems
•Understand and apply warranty policy; process warranty claim reports in the field
•Adhere to safety and environmental requirements and properly use PPE
•Level 2/3 tasks: provide warranty support, communicate service activities to the customer and Service Manager, manage multiple projects with deadlines

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45 - 52 hourly

Key Requirements

•Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude; able to read hydraulic and 24-volt schematics
•Own hand tools and ability to expand personal tool inventory per required tool list
•Complete TL1 and TL2 training within the first year of employment
•Maintain a valid driver's license and a good driving record; able to obtain CDL if required
•Travel is required; willing to travel to customer sites up to 2 weeks at a time
