Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and specimen collection, with the ability to provide high-quality care in a low-acuity, patient-at-home setting.
  • •Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically comfortable with mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Meet clinical prerequisites: state-required licensure or proof of training, national certification where required, and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • •Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle insurance, and ability to pass required background checks (national background check, DMV check).
