Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement applied AI solutions, agents, and automations to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
  • •Structure data, content, and workflows to support reliable AI outputs and scalable adoption.
  • •Integrate AI capabilities across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem into existing business workflows and coordinate with platform owners.
  • •Create training materials and run internal training sessions to help teams adopt AI solutions effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, analytics, information systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • •Strong foundation in statistics and/or machine learning.
