Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure overall project management across costs, planning, budget, quality, and risks.
  • •Represent the client’s interests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Lead general contractors, total contractors, suppliers, appointees, and directly engaged consultants.
  • •Develop, analyze, and monitor project schedules and key milestones; identify critical activities and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
  • •Organize and run meetings with clients and stakeholders; ensure clear information flow via progress reports and regular communications.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience managing construction or real estate projects.
  • •At least 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland, including recent experience on the Swiss market.
  • •Currently based in Lausanne or the surrounding area.
  • •Strong understanding of the Swiss construction market, practices, stakeholders, and contractual environment.
  • •French (fluent) and English (fluent) are required; German is an asset.
