Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, apply fertilizer and crop protection products using equipment such as a high clearance sprayer or floater.
  • •Operate independently to manage field time while loading and applying products safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • •Work with customers in a courteous, professional manner and educate them on products and application techniques.
  • •Assist sales staff by ensuring orders are correct and patron needs are met.
  • •Perform routine maintenance and general labor tasks, including plant/elevator clean up and equipment inspection and record keeping.
