Job Summary

Independently manage the most complex client relationships within IRAS, using specialized expertise to evaluate inquiries, determine service requirements, provide training, and produce client reporting. Lead client projects and solve complex issues by partnering across internal IRAS, operations, and client servicing groups. Provide data quality oversight, drive process improvements, mentor less tenured team members, and contribute to strategic initiatives and the sales process as an IRAS subject matter expert.
